Data deletion instructions

Send a request

Email sandeep.barre@astrai-labs.com with the subject Data deletion request. You do not need a Facebook account to make a request.

To help us locate the right records, tell us whether your request concerns a website enquiry or Patient Access Agent. For a WhatsApp conversation, include the phone number used, with country code, the clinic name, and the approximate dates of the conversation or appointment. For a website enquiry, include the email address or phone number you used and the approximate date. Please do not email medical records, identity documents or payment card details.

What happens next

1. We review the request and may ask you to verify that you control the email address or phone number associated with the information.
2. We locate information held by AstrAI Labs and, where a clinic's patient record is involved, coordinate with that clinic as needed.
3. We delete or de-identify information we are responsible for deleting and confirm the outcome by email. If an applicable obligation requires us to keep some information, we will explain that to you.

We respond in line with applicable law. You can also contact the clinic directly to request changes to or deletion of records it controls.

Automatic retention

Under our Privacy policy, AstrAI Labs keeps its copies of Patient Access Agent conversations and appointment records for up to 14 days after a conversation closes or, if an appointment is made, after that appointment is completed or cancelled. We then delete or de-identify those copies unless a longer period is required by law. You may still request deletion before that period ends.

Information held by other services

A clinic, WhatsApp or Meta, OpenRouter, and the selected AI model provider may hold their own copies under their own policies. A request to AstrAI Labs does not automatically delete information held independently by those organizations. We can help direct you to the participating clinic for its records; for other services, use their published privacy and deletion channels.
