About these terms

These terms apply to your use of the AstrAI Labs website and Patient Access Agent, a WhatsApp-based appointment assistant built by the AstrAI Labs Product Studio. AstrAI Labs is based in Bengaluru, India. By using the website or agent, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them. A separate agreement governs the service we provide to a participating clinic.

Patient Access Agent

A participating clinic may use its own WhatsApp number or a number created for it. Patient Access Agent helps handle administrative appointment requests using AstrAI Labs' built-in calendar. The clinic is responsible for the healthcare services it provides and for decisions about availability, scheduling and care. Confirm important appointment details with the clinic, especially if a response seems incorrect or incomplete.

The agent is an automated text assistant, not a healthcare professional. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment or emergency help. For a medical emergency, contact local emergency services or a qualified healthcare professional directly.

Using the website

Use the website and agent lawfully. Provide accurate appointment details and use the agent only for yourself or someone you are authorized to represent. Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate another person, or submit harmful content. Avoid sending detailed medical records, payment card numbers or emergency information in WhatsApp messages. We may restrict access if reasonably needed to protect the service or other users.

Information and third-party services

Our Privacy policy explains how we handle website and Patient Access Agent information. WhatsApp, OpenRouter, the selected AI model provider and any clinic services you use have their own terms and privacy practices. A clinic may provide additional terms or notices for its patients.

Content and availability

The website and agent content belong to AstrAI Labs or its licensors and may be used for personal, non-commercial reference. Please do not copy or republish them without permission. We work to keep the services available and accurate, but automated responses can contain errors and the services may become unavailable from time to time. We may change their features and content.

Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, AstrAI Labs is not responsible for losses caused by errors in general website content, interruptions, an unconfirmed appointment request, or unrelated third-party services. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
